Hello there, little Earth-people. Today, Jumba tell you about my one of very favourite evil genius experiments. Experiment 1-3-0 appears harmless cute and fuzzy like great many of Jumba's experiments. 1-3-0 is actually great matter converter coming in small package. When 1-3-0 is in contact with living thing, it draw kinetic energy from surrounding environment, and pass it on to living thing in form of solid mass. Jumba hoped to use Experiment 1-3-0 as way of immobilising enemy soldiers, though it also good for solve planet's hunger. But who want to do that when first thing is so entertaining? Heh heh hah!

Keoni Jameson was in the midst of a hula competition when he became distracted by an odd purple creature that looked like Lilo's 'dog'. He chased after it, only to discover its hidden power. Somehow I don't think he'll be doing any hula for a while.
