Can one really have too much of a good thing? Perhaps at least too much of a good workout.
Zack Fair has been keeping himself fit and toned on a beach vacation, but he hasn't really been paying attention to anything outside his own train of thought. Dangerous, since there's actually deposits of materia beneath the sand.... He was meant to keep things balanced, but he got particularly distracted during his abdominal exercises. The materia flecks came into contact with his body, and...well.... You never know. A 30-pack could be useful. He'd, uh, just have to find out how by himself. |
